Role Description

Beau Dietl & Associates is hiring a 
full-time, on-site Luxury Armed Security Guard
 in 
Miami, FL,
 for a high-standard, client-facing environment. This role requires professionalism, presence, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and decisive.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence and deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct patrols and interior/exterior checks to ensure the safety and security of the site
• Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor/vendor entry
• Monitor surveillance systems and proactively identify suspicious behavior or risks
• Respond to incidents and emergencies quickly, appropriately, and in compliance with policy and law
• Write clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold client service standards at all times
• Follow post orders, company protocols, and all applicable legal requirements

Qualifications

• Required: Prior experience in 
  law enforcement, military, or luxury/high-end armed security
• Valid Florida Class "G" Armed Security License
   (and any required permits)
• Strong situational awareness, de-escalation skills, and sound decision-making
• Excellent communication and report writing (professional, clear, detailed)
• Physically fit with the stamina to stand, patrol, and respond as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-end environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional security training is a plus)

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay:
   
  $28–$30 per hour
   (based on experience), plus incentives
• Meals provided:
   Lunch and dinner provided on premises
• Uniform provided:
   
  Three-piece suit
   provided and 
  dry-cleaned on premises
