What You'll Do

• Review
  blueprints, specs, and technical documents
  to develop precise cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to define project scope and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
  vendors and subcontractors
  to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and project budgets for commercial and residential jobs.
• Track costs throughout the project to keep estimates aligned with actuals.
• Identify cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and performance.
• Stay current on the latest
  materials, technology, and industry codes
  .

What You Bring

• Experience estimating
  mechanical and/or plumbing
  projects.
• Strong blueprint reading and technical takeoff skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
