Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for jewelry sales. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and grow within the company.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in selecting products
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise products
• Utilize POS system for sales transactions
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Promote sales by showcasing product features and benefits

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
• Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
• Ability to sell products effectively
