We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Intelligence Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role supports Global business units by cleaning, reconciling, and preparing customer data for analysis. The analyst will work closely with the Senior Analyst to ensure data integrity and enable strategic insights across global markets.
This position is ideal for individuals with a background in data analytics and a passion for turning data into actionable insights - Whether gained through internships, academic projects, or early professional experience.
This position follows a hybrid schedule based at our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL. Team members work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and are onsite for collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, reconcile, and validate customer data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports that inform business decisions across Global markets.
- Assist in preparing datasets for market segmentation, territory alignment, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and resolve quality issues.
- Document data processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics through internships, academic projects, or up to 2 years of professional work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and basic SQL preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.
Preferred Experience
- Internship or project work involving data cleaning, reconciliation, or customer intelligence.
- Exposure to CRM systems or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting international teams or working with global datasets.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $60,600 - $83,700 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
