Shift Manager:

Shift Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training, coaching, and developing a strong Marco's team.
• Excellent leaders with exceptional people skills.
• People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and team members, using great communication skills.
• Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and team members and strives to share their skills with others.
• Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.
• Learning the Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.
• Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.
• Connects with the community & establishes partnerships that grow our brand.

Shfit Manager Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.

18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
