Armed Security Officer

About the Role:

SecurTec is seeking professional, reliable, and detail-oriented security officers to join our team at a residential community. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, our guards provide both safety and customer service to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety of residents and visitors
• Control access to the community, verifying identification as required
• Report and document incidents, suspicious activity, and safety hazards
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Valid D & G Security License (State of Florida)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain alert, professional, and courteous at all times
• Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned shifts
• Previous security or customer service experience preferred but not required
