This position is hybrid role with an in-office requirement of 2-3 days a week located in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provides support in practice operations for the organization and reports to the Service Line Administrator. 
  • Will monitor budgets and practice targets, evaluate and implement policies and procedures, manage projects, and work with all levels of management and physicians to accomplish goals. 
  • Provides interim managerial support in the absence of a Practice Administrator and or Clinic Manager.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 1-2 years professional office experience (preferably healthcare related), and familiarity with health care organizations required. Masters of Health Administration or Masters of Business Administration may be accepted in lieu of experience.

  • Accounting, Business, Management, Science or Health Administration concentration preferred
