Warehouse Supervisor-Bilingual

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the full operations of our Savannah warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inbound/outbound processes, accurate inventory control, and strict adherence to company policies as well as federal and state regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting the overall performance of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels
• Implement and uphold safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
• Monitor performance metrics and support continuous process improvement
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics and fulfillment
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and generate data-driven reports

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in overseas warehouse fulfillment (dropshipping / 3PL / order fulfillment)
• Strong understanding of WMS and solid data analysis abilities
• Prior team management experience is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Chinese

Pay: $70, $72,000.00 per year
