The Role

• Provide comprehensive care: crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), endo, grafting, and cosmetics.
• Lead treatment planning and patient education with empathy and excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to elevate the standard of care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida license in good standing
• Strong communication and leadership skills—able to connect with both staff and patients
• Proficiency in digital dentistry and restorative techniques
• A calm, professional demeanor when operational or technical issues arise
• Desire for long-term growth and potential ownership
