Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis (ABHA) is seeking a motivated and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. As a BCaBA with ABHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and success of our clients through compassionate, evidence-based care, while also guiding and mentoring behavior technicians to be their best.
What You'll Do:
- Provide case management and clinical supervision to assigned clients under the guidance of a BCBA
- Deliver direct therapy to clients using ABA principles in clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that are individualized, collaborative, and outcomes-focused
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the client's needs
- Supervise behavior technicians (BTs) at least once per month during direct client care sessions
- Assist in facility operations as needed, helping to support a strong and organized clinical environment
What We're Looking For:
- Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- A passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Organizational skills, time management, and a proactive, flexible mindset
- Clinical experience in ABA therapy, preferably with early learners or in a multidisciplinary setting
