Now Hiring: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Join a Mission-Driven Team Changing Lives Through Behavior Science

Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis (ABHA) is seeking a motivated and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. As a BCaBA with ABHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and success of our clients through compassionate, evidence-based care, while also guiding and mentoring behavior technicians to be their best.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide case management and clinical supervision to assigned clients under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Deliver direct therapy to clients using ABA principles in clinic, home, school, and community settings
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans that are individualized, collaborative, and outcomes-focused
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the client's needs
  • Supervise behavior technicians (BTs) at least once per month during direct client care sessions
  • Assist in facility operations as needed, helping to support a strong and organized clinical environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • A passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Organizational skills, time management, and a proactive, flexible mindset
  • Clinical experience in ABA therapy, preferably with early learners or in a multidisciplinary setting

At ABHA, we're more than just a clinic—we're a team committed to creating safe, supportive, and innovative environments where both clients and clinicians thrive. If you're ready to take the next step in your ABA career with a company that values both clinical excellence and a culture of care, we'd love to meet you.
