**$1,000 Sign-On Bonus — First $500 Paid Immediately

CDL-A drivers join a regional fleet that offers weekly home time, reliable miles, and fully no-touch freight. This position is designed for drivers who want routine, stability, and modern equipment.
Job Details**

• Regional operation with a guaranteed weekly home reset.
• Mileage runs between 2,200 and 2,500 per week.
• Average trip is roughly 300 miles.
• All freight is no-touch, with 50–60% drop & hook.
• 2021+ automatic Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.
• Drivers are allowed to park the truck at home.

Pay and Bonuses

• Earn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience.
• Weekly gross typically falls between $1,200 and $1,500.
• Detention after 2 hours: $12.50/hr.
• Layover or breakdown: $100/day.
• $1,000 sign-on: $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days.
• Up to 3 CPM in performance incentives.
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, RX, 401k) after 30 days.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A, age 21+.
• Minimum 3 months recent solo tractor–trailer experience.
• Solid work record and clean MVR/PSP.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• DOT drug screen and medical card required.
