This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.

Typical Duties

• Follow production priorities as established by the department management
• Responsible for printer set up, SMT feeder set-up and machine operation
• Able to identify electronic component's mfg. p/n, values, etc.
• Read BOM, set up list, assembly drawing and material audit list
• Monitor quality of work and compliance with process and product specifications
• Training person on the practices and procedures per the appropriate manufacturing procedure
• Follow company policies and departmental processes and procedures

Required Skills

• Experience in the FPCA (Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly) manufacturing a plus
• Demonstrate ability to operate SMT equipment to make conforming product per the manufacturing instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate cause determination and applying corrective action
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
• Familiarity with IPC A 610 standards and military specifications a plus

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

Experience Requirements

• 5-6 years minimum in a manufacturing environment
• Four (4) years preferred in SMT equipment/process experience
