Estimator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are competitively priced while maintaining profitability. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, and clients to set up prices.

General knowledge of Xactimate and Simbility needed.

Duties

• Analyze inspection pictures and label
• Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans that include cost control measures.
• Utilize software tools such as Xactimate or Simbility for estimating processes.
• Uploading full required packages to our Vendors; known as uploads
• Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site operations and processes.
• Proficiency in using estimating software such as Xactimate or Simbility
• Analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost estimation.
• Familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
