Project Manager

Position Description:

Childers Construction Company is seeking a skilled and experienced
Project Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing
commercial construction projects
from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  5 years of experience
  managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong proficiency with
  Procore
  project management software.
• Working knowledge of
  Sage
  accounting software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to the highest standards of professionalism and construction excellence.

Requirements
