Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead .NET Developer located in Alpharetta, GA. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications using .NET technologies. You will lead development teams, review code for quality assurance, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting, problem-solving, improving application performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
  • Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies such as SQL, Entity Framework, or LINQ
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices architecture
  • Experience in team leadership, including guiding junior developers and code reviews
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
