The Purpose of the role The ideal candidate should collect and integrate loyalty program data from BI tools and other internal systems to deliver clear, actionable insights that support reporting and strategic decision-making for the Sales and Finance departments.
As the dedicated technical expert, you will serve as the go‑to resource for loyalty reporting, leveraging BI tools such as QlikView and Qlik Sense to provide accurate, efficient, and business‑critical analyses.
Working as Loyalty Finance Data Analyst you will Duties & Business Process Analysis
Monitor, maintain, and analyse data in the orders system and Qlikview/Qliksense apps to deliver accurate, real‑time reporting for Sales and Accounts.
Liaise with the Sales team to ensure retailer information is accurate, current, and complete for reporting needs.
Review current use of data and technology, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Lead administration of the Loyalty team, providing day‑to‑day system support and guidance.
People Development
Coach and mentor the Loyalty Administration team, building expertise and supporting the transition to digital tools and data‑driven processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Business Transformation teams to align processes and enhance cross‑functional effectiveness.
Deliver coaching and training sessions to facilitate stakeholder adoption of BI tools.
Analysis, Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and deliver quarterly retailer loyalty reports for senior management, plus ad hoc reporting as required.
Document new automation processes, ensuring clear operating procedures and training materials for the administration team.
Promote Transformation
Champion the move toward digitally enhanced processes and foster a data‑driven culture within the Loyalty team.
Internal Contacts
HGP Accountant / Head of BDP Accounts / Loyalty – Line management and strategic reporting.
Loyalty Admin Team – Direct reports, coaching, and day‑to‑day leadership.
HWL Transformation Team – Collaboration on digital and process transformation initiatives.
Sales Team – Data accuracy, reporting support, and process alignment.
Group Finance Teams – Information sharing and coordination across finance functions.
Skills for Success
Previous experience in working with financial information, including analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to implement, monitor, and improve automated processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Hands‑on experience using BI tools, particularly QlikView and QlikSense, to generate insights and support decision‑making.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and Word for documentation and reporting.

It is Desirable if you have
Degree or Certification in Finance, Business or related field.
Supervisory or leadership skills.

This is a full‑time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am‑4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am‑3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
