Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
- Apply shipping labels correctly and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to established standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely as needed.
- Strictly follow all company safety regulations and procedures, including the mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any inventory discrepancies or quality issues to a supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Support the overall efficiency of the logistics and supply chain process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly as a picker or packer, is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order information and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform duties involving lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Commitment to consistently wearing required PPE.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
