Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and general warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics principles is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
