We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This position is key to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks within our logistics operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise. We foster a dynamic and productive work environment where efficiency and accuracy are highly valued. Your role will involve consistent physical activity, requiring you to be on your feet for extended periods and handle items of varying sizes. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all employees must comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job includes regular Lifting of packages, often up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or with fulfillment processes is beneficial.
