This role is fundamental to ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently, involving a wide range of tasks from inventory management to order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in stock takes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company Safety policies and guidelines diligently.
- Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
- Strong commitment to Safety and hazard prevention.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
