In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products based on customer orders and meticulously packing them for safe transit. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, as well as the capacity to Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly. You will work with a scanner or pick sheet to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves. Proper packing techniques are essential to prevent damage during shipping. A strong commitment to Safety and the correct usage of PPE is non-negotiable. - Accurately picking items for customer orders using a scanner or pick list.
- Packing items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Verifying picked items against order details.
- Maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy.
- Assembling appropriate packaging materials.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Keeping the workstation clean and organized.
- Following all warehouse safety guidelines.
- Wearing required PPE at all times.
