As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in the smooth functioning of our distribution center, handling a variety of tasks essential to the supply chain. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking items for orders, packing them securely for shipment, and managing inventory within the warehouse. This position requires physical stamina, precision, and a dedication to maintaining a safe working environment. You will be expected to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock and storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear designated PPE.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet production and shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and logistics.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
