We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations at our Columbus, Ohio facility. This leadership role is critical to optimizing our warehouse efficiency and ensuring the smooth execution of all Logistics activities. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, managing inventory levels, and implementing operational improvements. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices is essential. You will also play a key role in enforcing strict Safety protocols and ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies, including the proper use of PPE . This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle moderate physical demands, including occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a proven track record in warehouse supervision. We are looking for someone proactive, who can motivate a team and drive performance.
