Join our growing logistics team in Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and perform various tasks.
