We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, supporting the efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and you will be required to consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety protocols. This position requires physical exertion, including the ability to perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires employees to be on their feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of logistics concepts is helpful.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to be trained on various warehouse tasks.
