Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Stage outgoing shipments for transport.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all mandated PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics network.
- Perform tasks that may involve considerable Lifting and moving of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory control is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
