We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This position is central to our Logistics operations, involving a broad range of responsibilities from inventory management to order fulfillment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Put away merchandise in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe work experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics flow.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety at all times.
