Job Summary:
We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Richmond, Virginia. This dynamic role is essential for the seamless flow of goods through our extensive logistics network. You will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment preparation. Your role is critical in ensuring that our products are handled with care and dispatched efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order pick lists.
  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory in designated locations.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center, upholding Safety standards.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
  • Follow all established procedures and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Utilize required PPE throughout all tasks performed in the facility.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Understanding of Logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
