Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Durham, North Carolina! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the seamless operation of our distribution center. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, involving a wide range of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory accurately.
- Sort and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders efficiently and precisely.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials for safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in inventory management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals within logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
