Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. Duties

• Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
• Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating excellent guest relations skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing administrative tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences are crucial for success in this role.
