Responsibilities:

• Manage and train front- and back-of-house staff
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth operations

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience, Strong leadership and communication skills, Knowledge of POS systems and basic financials & Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Allergen, Basset, and Sanitation Manager Certifications
