Position Summary
We are seeking an upbeat, dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to support both our clients and veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets with warmth, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Answer phones promptly; schedule appointments efficiently while using sound judgment to triage urgent concerns.
- Check clients in and out, prepare invoices, process payments, and review estimates.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all client information is current.
- Communicate clearly with technicians and doctors to support smooth clinic flow.
- Educate clients on wellness services, preventative care, promotions, and clinic policies.
- Handle prescription requests, refills, and food orders following veterinary guidelines.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/reception space.
- Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication, reliability, and mutual respect.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or medical setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping pets and their people.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and composure.
- Professional and warm communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Comfortable learning veterinary software (Cornerstone, AviMark, eVet, etc.).
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and safely interact with animals of all sizes.

Pay is based on experience and ranges from $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus.
Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 29.0 per week
