Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and organize products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Prepare goods for delivery by accurately packing and securing items in trucks
• Drive commercial vehicles, including box trucks and drivers, along designated routes to deliver orders efficiently
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage
• Navigate route driving with precision, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by maintaining professionalism and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment as needed
• Operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and perform routine vehicle inspections before each shift
• Support heavy lifting and moving tasks to facilitate smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred
• Proven delivery driver experience or courier background demonstrating route management skills
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus)
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks involving moving and manual lifting throughout the day
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety standards
• Excellent navigation skills for route driving; ability to follow detailed delivery schedules accurately
• Reliable transportation for daily shifts; flexibility to work various hours as needed
