Dizario Search is actively seeking candidates for an
Engineering Manager
opportunity. Located north of Columbus, OH our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this manufacturing leader. The
Engineering Manager
will be responsible for 7 direct reports, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing Capex projects/production processes and implementing practices to meet initiatives. Our client offers a competitive base salary along with bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), relocation and life insurance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new products, drive production, metrics and operations across all aspects
• Prepare and manage departmental Capex budgets and ensuring they are on time and budget
• Must be able to develop and train new employees, create a pipeline for new hires, coach existing teams and act as the main point of guidance with a continuous improvement approach
• Establish budgets for engineering departments, forecast production/goals, and enable teams to execute

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• BS in related engineering discipline – MS is a plus
• P&L/budgeting experience
• Six Sigma Blackbelt certification preferred
• Hands-on experience in high speed, high volume manufacturing is highly preferred
• Ability to lead programs, capital projects and be self-motivated with proven experience leading a team of engineers
