Role Overview:
The Sr. Business Analyst will support
Procurement M&A integration activities
. You will work closely with the Procurement M&A team, business owners, sourcing teams, legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of suppliers from acquired companies to agreements and purchase orders.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify shared and new suppliers and develop appropriate transition plans
- Prioritize and drive supplier transitions in collaboration with internal teams and acquired companies
- Manage and maintain large datasets to track integration activities and progress
- Prepare status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Track synergy targets and ensure alignment with integration goals
- Support the onboarding and training of new employees on interim and end-state procurement processes
- Respond quickly to operational disruptions to keep integration activities on track
- Build and maintain relationships across
Procurement M&A
and functional teams
Must-Have Skills:
- Procurement experience
- M&A integration experience
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day work independently and follow up with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in operational roles, business consulting, client services, or program/project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Pay Range:
$45 - $48
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
