Position: Line Cook

Restaurant Type: Quick service & fast-food restaurant

Shift: Day shift and evening shift available

Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday, weekend availability required.

Location: Mesa, AZ 85215

Position Requirements:

• Efficiency in the kitchen with attention to detail

• Ability to safely operate various types of kitchen equipment

• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs or more

• Positive and friendly attitude

• Works well in a customer service-oriented environment

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Must have a food handler's card or be Serv Safe Certified or equivalent

Job Duties Include:

• Create exceptional dishes by following all recipes

• Master all stations including fryers, stove top & oven, subs & hot Heroes, and salads

• Uphold all health code regulations and practice safe handling throughout the process of receiving, holding, preparing, and serving foods

• Maintain food quality and presentation standards

Experience:

• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
