Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Bilingual Receptionist to join our dynamic office team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong computer literacy, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Prior Law Firm reception or clerical experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, will be highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where your multitasking abilities and customer support skills will be appreciated and utilized daily.

Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using office management software
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy
  • Support office operations through bookkeeping, invoicing, and QuickBooks entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting medical or dental reception duties if applicable
  • Maintain organized workspaces and ensure the smooth flow of daily office activities
  • Support other team members with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing

Experience

  • Previous law firm office experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Proven customer service background with excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Knowledge of Clio a plus
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required to effectively communicate with diverse clients
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in typing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
  • Experience supporting medical or dental reception is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
