About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for managing warehouse associates, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring inventory accuracy, and driving productivity in a cold storage environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse associates while promoting a positive and safe work culture.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and handled properly.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, equipment use, and cold storage standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with management, inventory, and operation teams to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and report any issues or repairs needed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory activities and prepare operational reports as required.

What You Bring to the Pak

• Experience:
  3-5 years in warehouse operations, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (cold storage experience preferred).
• Education:
  High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications:
  Forklift certification preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety standards
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in cold storage conditions (as low as -10°F)
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually

The range listed is the Company's good-faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and market factors, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
