Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Sales Representative role based in Greater Orlando, Key daily responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, recommending solutions that suit their needs, processing sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will also maintain knowledge of the company's products and services and actively support business goals by achieving sales targets. Ensuring customer satisfaction and safety is paramount in all interactions and services provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and build positive relationships
• Sales and communication skills, including experience in suggesting solutions and closing sales
• Basic understanding of firearms and safety or willingness to learn and stay informed
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Experience in retail or firearms sales is an advantage
• Commitment to uphold firearm safety and customer education standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in firearms safety or customer service are a plus
