Who We Are
Medical Age Management is a premier center for natural, aesthetic, functional, and age-management medicine located in San Diego, California. We blend integrative, functional, and evidence-based approaches to help patients optimize their vitality, health, and appearance over the long term. Under the leadership of Dr. Farnesi and our team of skilled providers, we offer holistic services, with an emphasis on preventing disease and decline, including hormone replacement, advanced skin care (laser treatments, Botox, fillers, volume restoration), platelet-rich plasma therapies, and personalized nutritional and wellness plans.
Our philosophy is rooted in restoring balance — using the best of both Western and natural medicine — so that our patients can truly feel their best on the inside and reflect that on the outside. We are deeply committed to fostering long-term relationships, providing individualized care, and helping each person maximize their quality of life as they age.
What We're Looking For
Dr. Farnesi is seeking a Physician Assistant who can effectively extend his reach and support the growing demands of a busy functional, integrative, aesthetic, and hormone replacement medicine practice.
We are looking for someone committed, eager to learn, and willing to invest the time needed to understand and emulate Dr. Farnesi's comprehensive approach to patient care, wellness, and prevention.
This role requires a minimum three-year commitment to ensure that the extensive training—through shadowing, hands-on learning, and participation in the same seminars and courses Dr. Farnesi has completed—becomes a valuable and worthwhile investment for both you and the practice. With dedication, enthusiasm, and a passion for this style of medicine, you will ultimately grow into taking on significant patient-care responsibilities within our expanding clinic.
