Senior .NET Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust web applications and services, utilizing a wide array of technologies including ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment, contributing to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on high-quality deliverables and scalable solutions.

Duties

• Lead the development of web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to support client-side applications.
• Develop intuitive UI components utilizing React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications using UML diagrams.
• Optimize application performance through multithreading, debugging, and efficient database interactions with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and PL/SQL.
• Implement unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Manage source code repositories using GitHub, TFS, SVN, or similar tools within Agile development environments.
• Develop microservices architectures leveraging WCF, SOAP, REST APIs, Azure cloud services, AWS infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Maintain application security standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web development with extensive knowledge of ASP.NET (including ASP.NET Core), C#, MVC architecture, Entity Framework, and Web services (RESTful API & SOAP).
• Strong front-end development skills with , Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; proficiency in T-SQL or PL/SQL is essential.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture utilizing WCF or REST APIs; experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile practices; experience with Visual Studio IDE and version control systems like GitHub or TFS.
• Expertise in multithreading concepts, debugging complex issues across distributed systems.
• Experience with application security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of software development principles including OOP design patterns; familiarity with UML diagrams for system modeling.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
