Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business problems into measurable AI/ML use cases and develop effective model-driven solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions on
    GCP
    .
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize
    end-to-end data pipelines
    for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code in
    Python
    for data processing, modeling, and automation tasks.
  • Build interactive
    dashboards, reports, and analytics tools
    to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts.
  • Present analytical findings, model performance, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and data science best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in
    Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
    roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Python
    and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in building and deploying ML models on
    Google Cloud Platform
    (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AI Platform, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
  • Experience analyzing large-scale datasets and implementing robust data pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with
    data visualization tools
    (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or custom dashboards).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
