**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, payments, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. **Duties:** - Greet customers and assist with menu selections - Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system - Handle cash and card transactions efficiently - Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales - Deliver food orders to tables promptly - Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are sanitized - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery **Qualifications:** - Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong communication and customer service skills - Understanding of retail math principles for handling transactions accurately - Previous experience in grocery stores, culinary settings, or retail environments is beneficial If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, we encourage you to apply for the Server/Cashier position.
