Duties

  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast revenue.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and network expansion.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans.
  • Strong sales acumen combined with negotiation skills that facilitate win-win agreements.
  • Effective project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse audiences, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to support brand positioning and lead generation efforts.
  • Familiarity with business development best practices across various industries is preferred.
