Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a unique fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for food and beverage, and the hospitality industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and utensils according to health regulations.
• Assist guests with menu selections, providing opportunities for menu exploration and answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
• Communicate and collaborate with management to ensure all guest needs are met, and proactive responses occur when needed to resolve any guest frustrations or issues.
• Participate in a team oriented and holistic culture driven professional environment for the success of each team member and the growth of a brand-new restaurant concept.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations in food handling and storage.
• Adhere to all ABC laws and proper alcohol service.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or luxury lounge settings is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
• Strong guest relations and hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• New Restaurant Opening experience is a plus
