Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for driving impact? LRQA is seeking an Associate Director to lead high-impact consulting projects, influence senior stakeholders, and shape innovative solutions for some of the world's most respected brands.

What You'll Do

• Lead Strategic Consulting Engagements: Deliver actionable insights and measurable outcomes that exceed client expectations.
• Drive Market Growth: Identify new opportunities, secure key contracts, and represent LRQA as a thought leader at industry events.
• Inspire and Develop Teams: Mentor consultants, foster collaboration, and build a high-performing culture.
• Innovate and Influence: Apply subject matter expertise to solve complex challenges and contribute to global service development.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise: 10+ years in corporate sustainability, responsible sourcing, or business and human rights.
• Leadership: Proven success in business development, project management, and team leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in sectors such as food & beverage, consumer goods, automotive, pharma, or technology.
• Skills: Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, influencing ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

The anticipated salary range for individuals in this position is $125,000 – $150,000 dependent upon, qualifications, experience, geography and industry knowledge.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual performance bonus plan, based on the achievement of defined company and individual performance goals.
