Hourly Rate: $43.00 – $52.00
Hours/Day: 8
Shift Notes: AM/PM/Weekend – 3 FT
Weekend Requirements: Based on case load; overtime may apply if needed
On-Call Requirements: Yes, to be discussed at interview

State Licensure Reimbursement: After 90 days of employment

Role Overview

Provide mobile X‐Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform and process X‐Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.

• Unload portable X‐Ray equipment and transport it into facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians; obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X‐Ray images.

• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).

• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, per protocol.

• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.

• Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.

• Maintain vehicle and X‐Ray equipment.

Physical Demands

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Radiologic Technologists may push/pull anywhere from 50–100 lbs. With vehicle ramps and pulleys, weight decreases; however, pushing/pulling equipment within a facility or home may increase weight.

• 50 lbs of force (or more) may occur 16–24 times per day.

Requirements

• Maintain required state licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.

• Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good standing at all times.

• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions must include proper supporting documentation.
