The Application Development Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze user requirements, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

This position is open to locations in the following cities: Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, or Atlanta

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

•     Design, code, test, and debug software applications based on specified requirements.

•     Collaborate with senior developers and architects to implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Coding and Testing:

•     Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

•     Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications.

Technical Analysis:

•     Analyse user requirements and provide technical insights for project planning.

•     Assist in evaluating and adopting new technologies that enhance development processes.

Collaboration:

•     Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and QA engineers.

•     Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•     Proven experience in application development, with a focus on , JavaScript, MVC framework, , and MS SQL. Other languages will be plus.

•     "AI-Curious." Experience using LLMs for productivity or integrating simple APIs is highly desired.

•     Demonstrated GitHub portfolio or side projects showcasing:

a. ) Innovative solutions or features you have developed independently or as part of a team.

b.) Contributions to open-source projects or community involvement.

c.) Use of best practices in version control, code organization, and documentation.

d.) Continuous learning and experimentation with new technologies.

•     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•     Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•     Fluent in English.
Mandarin will be a plus.

•     Minimum 4+ years of working experience in the related field.
