Salesforce Developer Intern – Integration

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Intern – Integration & Migration to support enterprise CRM transition projects as part of Work4Flow's Product & Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with academic, project-based, or internship experience in Salesforce development, who is interested in gaining hands-on experience with CRM integrations, API connections, and data migrations.

The selected candidate will help support CRM transitions where customers move from Salesforce to ServiceNow or other CRM solutions (such as PegaSystems, Dynamics, etc.). Experience integrating Salesforce with other CRMs, managing API data flows, or working on data migration projects is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in Salesforce CRM integration and data migration projects, including cross-platform workflows.
• Develop and support APIs, data mappings, and migration scripts between Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build solutions that ensure seamless CRM transitions for clients.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and data validation for integration and migration processes.
• Document technical steps, best practices, and learnings for CRM integration use cases.
• Learn and apply Salesforce development best practices, focusing on data integrity and system interoperability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Academic or hands-on experience in Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and data model fundamentals.
• Interest in CRM integrations, data migration, and cross-system connectivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce to ServiceNow, Pega, Dynamics, or other CRM integration/migration projects.
• Familiarity with data migration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or custom ETL scripts.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer I) are a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, enterprise CRM architecture, or client-facing integration projects.
