Endpoint Associates is excited to expand our team with a fully remote Business Development Manager opportunity. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities through managing the full sales cycle. This is a self directed role prospecting for new staffing job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in new business development and sales within the professional staffing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT/Digital, Finance, Accounting, and/or HR/Operations staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players
  • Strong track record of signing new client agreements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as a remote employee as well as collaborate within a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the staffing industry
  • Identify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events, conferences, and leveraging online platforms
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations
  • Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling relevant services
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placement of qualified IT professionals
